We allow refund to customers who have a 25% re-stacking fee + shipping costs.
Damage caused by shipping company
Houston Truck Tarps shipping policies. Please print your signature, required at all times, when receiving from any delivery company, if you do not meet this requirement you will be at your own risk and HTT will not be responsible for lost products ordered from our website. If there was a damage caused by the shipping company you have to notify it to the freight company driver immediately and refuse on receiving the package unless you get proof, like note on the document you signed to the driver and take picture at same time of the delivery on all the way around of package to show the condition of the package if it's been opened or incomplete plus pictures along with the delivery truck and notify us immediately to proceed an investigation to be able to refund your money back after investigation and confirmation from the delivery company acceptance and responsible for damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PROOF THAT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR WHAT YOU ARE CLAIMING, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF CLAIM RELATED WITH DELIVERY DAMAGES SINCE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE GOOD QUALITY SUPERVISED BEFORE PACKAGE SHIPS
